Finance Committee

The Committee provides the Board of Directors with oversight and recommendations for Lane Transit District’s finances. The Committee is responsible for reviewing and making recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding all contracts valuing $250,000 and above as set forth in resolution 2021-09-15-048; long-range financial planning information; and fiduciary oversight of expenditures and program performance. The Finance Committee is composed of Board members Gino Grimaldi, Lawrence Green, and Susan Cox and meets bi-monthly on the second Tuesday of the month. The third Board seat is currently vacant. Meetings are open to the public, and public comment is heard at these meetings.
