LTD Eases Graduation Weekend Congestion
Lane Transit District is here to help people get around during the University of Oregon’s graduation weekend. This year’s University Commencement Ceremony takes place Monday, June 17 at 9:00 a.m. at Autzen Stadium.
“Every year, we look forward to transporting grads and their loved ones to ceremonies and celebrations. This weekend is a crowded one in Eugene, so LTD is an obvious choice,” said Pat Walsh, LTD’s Chief Marketing Officer. “Whether you need to get to Autzen Stadium, Matthew Knight Arena or downtown Eugene, LTD can do it all. The best part? You don’t have to sweat the parking or traffic.”
Routes 13 and 79x go to Autzen Stadium, while EmX can drop riders off on campus. Eugene Station is LTD’s central hub, where most bus routes pass through, making it a great place to start any trip.
