Take LTD to 2024 Pride Festival

August 5, 2024

Lane Transit District (LTD) is on hand to help people get to the 2024 Eugene Pride Festival. Taking place all day at Alton Baker Park on Saturday, August 10, there’s an unrelated sold-out concert at The Cuthbert Amphitheater that evening. This means onsite parking will be severely limited as Pride organizers are expecting around 12,000 attendees.

“Why park and walk or shuttle from faraway lots near PK Park or in downtown Eugene? It’s a layer of logistics you don’t need,” said Anni Katz, LTD’s Public Information Officer. “Take LTD or bike to Alton Baker and enjoy a stress-free Pride Festival.”

There are several mobility options to get people to Alton Baker. Pride participants can ride LTD to Pride for free by downloading the Umo app and creating an account. On the day of the event, check here for the ride-for-free code. In the Umo app, select “Redeem Benefit Code” from the menu and enter the code.

Complete bus schedules are available online. View LTD service alerts online, or follow @LaneTransit on X (Twitter).

LTD’s partners at Cascadia Mobility are running a free bike valet at Pride. All PeaceHealth Rides can park for free in the geofenced area near the valet.
