LTD SOLICITATION NO. 2024-0853
TRANSIT VEHICLE CAMERA REPLACEMENT Phase 1
Notice is hereby given that Lane Transit District (LTD) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractor(s) for the purchase, delivery, installation, training, and maintenance service for Transit Vehicle Camera Replacement services. The RFP process is to identify and award the most responsive, reasonable, and responsible qualified Contractor based on selection through the evaluation criteria set forth determining the best solution and value for LTD and the project.
Solicitation documents are available for download via B2GNow, the LTD eBid system, at https://ltd.gob2g.com/.
An optional, virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m. (PDT) on Thursday, May 23, 2024, via Zoom meeting. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend the meeting. Please register in advance via Zoom.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
Phase 1 Proposals are due Thursday, June 20, 2024, by 11:00 a.m. (PDT). After the closing due date and time proposals received by the closing will be opened and an official register of the submittals received will be recorded by LTD procurement. Proposals must be fully submitted in the LTD eBid system on or before the date and time specified. Late or incomplete proposals are not accepted.
NO PAPER, FACSIMILE, OR E-MAILED PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. VENDORS MUST REGISTER IN THE B2GNOW SYSTEM TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SOLICITATION.
